Ordering
How does the ordering process work?

Start by texting us or filling out the contact form. We'll send you a design brief, build a custom mockup, and once you approve, go into production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For Exclusives, we typically require a minimum of 12 pieces per style. Basics have no minimum — order as few as 1.

What's the difference between Exclusives and Basics?

Exclusives are designed and produced from scratch with a 3–5 week lead time. Basics are premium wholesale blanks customized with your design, ready in 2–2.5 weeks with no minimum order.

Customization
What customization options are available?

Everything — embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, puff print, chenille patches, woven labels, and more. All fully customizable for your chapter.

Can you help with design if we don't have artwork?

Absolutely. Our design team builds your concept from scratch. Give us your chapter colors, letters, and any inspiration and we'll handle the rest.

Can I see a mockup before ordering?

Yes — every order starts with a free custom mockup. No commitment until you love it.

Sizing & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Basics: 2–2.5 weeks. Exclusives: 3–5 weeks. Rush orders may be available — text us!

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — all 50 states via UPS or FedEx with full tracking on every order.

Payment & Policies
What is your payment policy?

50% deposit to begin, balance due before shipment. We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. All sales are final once production begins.
